Ensure armed responders are posted at all educational institutions in the country.

There is an epidemic of active shooter scenarios at educational institutions throughout the United States. Most educational buildings are established as "Gun Free" Zones. Statistics have shown that active shooter situations are resolved quickly and with less loss of life by an armed responder.
I propose:
- Local Law Enforcement post one armed responder at all educational institutions, whether they are federal, state, local, sheriff, or sworn deputized staff members of the institution
- These armed responders be trained in firearms and hand to hand combatives, active shooter confrontation, and gunshot trauma care
- That these armed responders be posted ASAP to prevent further loss of life in the event of copycat active shooters
