I am writing this because I have heard some claim that the suspect taken into custody for the marathon bombing will be interrogated without be given his miranda warnings. This suspect is deserving of his full constitutional rights. We cannot abandon our fundemental priniciples of justice no matter how bad the criminal or crime they have committed.
