Require Congress and Senate members along with White House administration members to forego any pay if they cause, through any activity or inactivity, financial situation(s) that cause anyone to not receive just and due compensation. This would include but not be limited to: military pay, Social Security payments, firefighters, law enforcement or any others who receives pay or compensation from any government program or entity. Simply put, if they can't do their job, they don't get paid.
