Nepotism runs rampant as these local “Brotherhoods” look after their own to cover up misdeeds, often with no one the wiser. This committee will ensure the fair distribution of the law and ensure that no unnecessary force will be used in the daily duties of these officers. If force is used unjustly, and without the adoption of new laws to negate its efforts, this committee will see that punishment is handled in strict accordance with local laws and the Constitution of the United States of America.
