Ensure Dr's & Pharmacist inform patients (American People) of prescription drugs which have a black box warning from FDA

I was given a prescription for a anti-depressant which had severe side affects. The drug is Lamotragine & I was not told by my Dr. or Pharmacy that this had a black box warning label required by the FDA because of the severe side affects. I was astonished to find out that the Dr's & pharmacies in my area, Paducah, KY are not even aware of this warning label & what it means. If I had been informed of the warning label & why it was required by the FDA I would not have taken this medication. I now have a rash, possibly deadly, sores that will not go away. This medication has many severe side affects including complete loss of appetite & many other mental side affects. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THIS BY MY DR & PHARMACY.
