Amendment 12 disallows candidates naming themselves, parties, campaigning, contributions & conventions as states choose & elect presidents & vices in the primary certified to congress for recounting & notifying the nation of possible 51 presidential and vice candidates for the general election. [With incumbents unconstitutionally party elected & allowed the nation to enter its present state they are disqualified for reelection and retirement benefits.] States’ congressional districts choose representatives & senators for electing during the general election. All city and state elections follow that pattern (Article 6). That eliminates corporate control of all governments.
