My baby was taken from me by new jersey's DCPP! He was only two years of age! This is an outrage that the dcpp can come into your home and make you take two hair follicle samples (all negative off illicit drugs and alcohol), make you go to an outpatient program (also drug tested on a weekly basis and all negative for illicit drugs and alcohol), make you attend psychotherapy, and parenting classes! I have completed everything they submitted to Gloucester County family courts successfully within five and a half months to get my son back! My son has been kidnapped by the state of New Jersey. Since when is it okay to take a baby from his mother? It has been a year and a half and I am only permitted 16hrs a week with him! I petition for new guidelines for the DCPP and equality for all!
