While states in this country control voting and each can run election day however they wish it is time we change that. National elections require that each state rely on every other state run efficient, fair, open elections so every citizen in this country can elect our president and congress. The long lines and attempts at the state level to restrict voting access are all the evidence we need that something needs to be done.
