Federal government agencies are not effectively enforcing the standards of "Work Time" for their employees.
Work Time is exactly that - WORK. Work Time is NOT stuck in traffic, leaving early, updating one's Facebook status or shopping on the internet. If a government employee is doing anything other than the job he/she is being paid to do, it is NOT Work Time!!!
Mr. Obama, would you like to shave a chunk off the deficit??? Nearly every government facility has some kind of entry control system, as well as internet monitoring. Please mandate audits on employees from ALL government agencies and hold them accountable!!! Companies and corporations do this all of the time because their shareholders demand it. The United States government can also do this and the TAXPAYERS deserve it!
