Former and current soldiers from all branches of military and reserves should be made aware in writing of being exposed unknowingly to hazardous chemicals and or radiation. These same individuals should be followed for complications of their exposure and compensated for their health problems. This is primarily directed for soldiers serving at Fort McClellan Army base but includes others as well.
