This forum is an excellent idea to leverage technology in serving a basic right of our country's citizens to petition their government. Since its creation, this forum has gotten and continues to garner significant press coverage. However, it could lose its relevance if abused. We need to ensure that foreign nationals not based here in this country are not abusing this forum.
