I come to petition the White House to begin serious steps to ensure the survival of our species. The Earth's abundant resources will not last forever. As humanity continues to grow we will use more natural resources, food, and living space. When these things become too much to bear, will it be too late to try and save ourselves?
We cannot stand idly by while the Earth crumbles around us. We need to increase the country's, and indeed the world's, focus on science and engineering. We need to band together now in order to save future generations from the hardship of what is to come. We must act now before we run out of time. This message needs to be shared across the entire world in order to gather all nations to this cause.
