Employ best available monitoring, technological, and cryptographic systems to ensure the integrity of the American electoral process and the faithful recording of the intent of every voter in all future elections at every level of government. This should include unfiorm standards for voter identification and eligibilty, digital signatures, hardening and encryption of election data collection and transmission, and uniform, independent enforcement of legal consequences for voter intimidation and electoral fraud.
