Elements in the office of the Attorney General & Minister of Justice in Ghana as well as some members in government have conspired to use the country's judgment debts payment process to siphone huge sums of money from the national kitty amounting to millions of Dollars. These are monies that could have gone into reducing poverty, prop education, health, and national development.
It appears the AG/Minister of Justice in concert with government is stone-walling the prosecution of its own case. The public is outraged but powerless. The presiding Judge of the case has threatened to throw the case out if prosecuting AG's office keeps dragging feet.
The case is in danger of being truncated for lack of prosecution. Help is needed to compel the AG to do his work diligently to the letter.
