As Catholics, we believe that marriage is not a right, it is a gift from The Lord. God created Adam and Eve in the beginning to set base that only a man and a woman can be joined together in the holy sacrament of marriage. Sadly, many people in this century believe that "love is love" and that any two people, regardless of gender are allowed to marry. This is not true. This petition is made to ensure that homosexuality is not legalized. The world needs to realize what true marriage is. God bless, and may you make the right choice.
