Ensure the integrity of our presidential elections is at least that of 3rd world countries, dip fingers in ink if needed

Our countries presidential election process should be the template for the world. Ours should be the fairest, most secure, and open electoral process ever. Instead, 3rd world countries have less voter fraud than we here in the USA. If we need to start dipping our fingers in ink to ensure a fair election, then let's dip our fingers in ink. Picture ID's MUST be a requirement! A person in Mexico can't vote without a picture ID, we should be at LEAST that secure!
