ensure job creation by corporations and the fair treatment of employees and the environment.

Created by D.O. on November 05, 2011

Taxes should be increased on large corporations rather than issuing tax cuts in hope of job creation. Instead, fair tax returns should be offered to companies based on the jobs they have created. This will still act as incentive to create jobs, but it will ensure that these jobs are actually provided. These corporations should be required to meet or exceed certain labor standards and environmental standards (ideally higher than they are now), and be able to prove they have created a certain amount of jobs. This could help lower the unemployment rate, increase protection of the environment, and will add to our national budget.
