Mr. Johnnie Williams spent thousands of dollars to comply with EPA guidelines and regulations. For over seven years, EPA caused him irreparable damages and financial hardship to bring his building up to code. The State Environmental Court found Mr. Williams well in compliance and the Judge commended him for the excellent job and money he spent in complying. The State Court dismissed all charges and encouraged Mr. Williams to continue in his business.
EPA through the Federal government indicted Mr. Williams and he is now serving three years in prison. Should the lack of knowledge deprive him of his life, liberty, and happiness when annually millions of dollars are allocated to assist communities in training and assistance in meeting EPA rules and regulations? Justice for Johnnie!
