Did you know there is no federal law ensuring breaks or lunches for employees in the US? Many states also do not have anything in place and many companies take advantage of this, making their employees work up to 8 hour or more with no time for lunch or a simple break.
Urge the Federal Government to implement mandatory paid breaks and time off for a meal for all employees, based on the number of hours worked in a shift.
