I'm asking our government to take all necessary steps to ensure, that the contractors and their sub-contractors for the manufacture of all U.S. government equipment, including but not oimited to, clothing, food, and electronics are paid a fair wage, work in a safe environment, and are treated with dignity and respect.
While we do need to watch our costs, we also need to make sure we are socially responsible.
