Ensure that no member of Congress receive any increase in compensation, pay or benefits, beyond that paid in 2011.

The current Congress is universally recognized as a "do nothing" Congress with the worst favorability rating ever. As such they should be denied any increase in compensation, in any form be it pay or benefits, beyond that paid in 2011. Further their work calendar for 2013 is reduced from prior years and compared to the regular citizen equates to half time. Based on this we propose half pay for 2013 and no benefits as partime workers are traditionally benefits ineligible.
