We The People of the United States of America ask you stop the unlawful policies & practices involving drones both here & abroad; hold public hearings with independent experts to prevent extrajudicial executions, & to ensure you follow the "rule book" on lethal force [international human rights law &, in the very narrow circumstances it applies, international humanitarian law], to stop your continued reliance on a "global war" legal theory that treats the entire world as a battlefield between the USA & armed groups [on which lethal force may apparently be used without regard to human rights standards], & to cooperate, bilaterally & through intergovernmental organizations, to ensure all global citizens suspected of crime are dealt with in fair & public trials without recourse death penalty.
