In a recent school debate for children within our city, a teacher had come under fire by parents to see that she is to be fired because of handing out homework to children in grade 1. That no teacher should ever be fired for handing out homework to our children under any circumstances and that the laws which precede this petition should continue to be upheld in the Court of Law and by adding this to those laws.
