Ensure that our elections are voted upon by legal citizens who have basic literacy abilities and are responsible.

The recent election proves we have had irregular, improper, and unlawful procedures causing confusion and erroneous results. We need a responsible, literate person with the ability to make a fairly knowledgeable assessment of the candidates with a working knowledge of the English language to be able to do that. This will ensure that future elections will be on a more fair and equitable and a true basis. We have to produce documentation and/or show proficiency in some of the rights and privileges we now have such as a driving license, broker license, or a license to sell alcohol.
