to ensure that our military in Afghanistan are allowed R&R, if they are there 354 days instead of 365

I am starting this petion on behave of the U S Military Families. My husband is staioned in Afghanistan and has been there since Aug 2013 scheduled to be come back Aug 2014 and is now being told that he does not qualify for his 2 week R & R beacuse if his TCS orders does not state that more than 365 days they are not obligated to allow them R & R. His TCS orders state no more than 347 days when his actual orders say 354 days. This is 5th deployment and by far his worse, his has encountered racism, being lied on, unfair treatment to say the least. The U S should ensure their service men and women that allocated time home instead of taking time from them.
