With regard to the new task-force in President Obama's plan to strengthen community policing; We, the people of the United States of America, demand the following conditions are met:
1. The task-force shall be a federally-backed agency that serves the community to ensure justice for the people. It shall have the authority to investigate arrests and court cases, reduce and rectify charges; and promptly.
2. The task force shall not be a new department within any existing law enforcement agencies or government bodies, nor limited to a reform of any practice or policy of the latter.
3. Anyone related to one holding anytime recently - or whom hold or have held themselves - a public or government position; shall be barred from service.
4. Ex-convicted felons shall not be barred from service.
