We the people demand that the Obama administration ensure that any UAV pilot, Drone pilot or any other term or reference that defines the operator was not in direct physical conflict with a defined or alleged enemy person, force or entity; and that any digital warrior ,cyber agent, or defense personal operating and/or acting in such capacity of electronic warfare by remote means and was not in direct physical conflict with a defined or alleged enemy person, force or entity not be given, bestowed or awarded a medal that is above a medal, reward or recognition that requires the recipient to be engaged in direct physical conflict, by land, sea or air with defined or alleged enemy person, force or entity. This is in reference to the proposed Distinguished Warfare Medal.
