With a recent Voter based decision to amend the laws of California concerning reclassification of non-violent crime many California Prisons have been defiant, and illegally impinging on the Rights of prisoners who are now considered free of criminal charges, but are still held in Bondage in the reasoning of losing "cheap labor." This is an outrage because of clear criminality in breaking Federal and State minimum wage laws, unlawful incarceration, disregard of Human Rights, contempt of legislation, and blatant RICO terrorism implemented by contractees with the State of California under fiat decree as obvious color of law.
Upholding the Human Rights of legally innocent U.S.Citizens is within the jurisdiction of Federal intervention if a State illegaly imposes incarceration unjustly.
