With the current economic situation, most families have both parents working and returning to work entirely too soon; which leads to the need for childcare. If affordable and reliable care were provided in the convenience of the federal workplace, it would allow for parents to balance the demands of family and work so as to return to work fully focused and with peace of mind...which makes for a happier, more efficient employee.
