Ensure that the rights of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev are protected and that he is given due process per the Constitution.

Our nation has shown itself to be hypocritical by denying due process when it comes to terror suspects, and by the use of torture. We cannot deny the right of due process to an individual such as Dzhokhar Tsarnaev just because we as a nation are angry and scared. The justification of the this denial of rights to one of our citizens endangers us more than any act of terrorism.
