ensure safety of American people & all people around the world by enforcing 1 child policy in 3rd world through China

Real threat to the Americans & all humans is from the most dangerous Bomb: the Population Bomb, countless frustrated extremely dangerous people bereaved of necessities & necessaries of life are multiplying by leaps and bounds. The world has become a global village. America & West are trying to control fire by putting oil on it i.e. by killing the terrorists. Every day world is producing 100000 potential terrorists, how will you kill them, control them, control their growth rate. They kill each other, they kill you too. To them life is nothing
but to be sacrificed in the way of Allah i.e. in fighting with a person with whom one does not agree.Please get rid of the American perception about China & let China take the lead to enforce 1 child policy starting from Afghanistan to whole 3rd world
