The Sequester was designed to be so vile and unthinkable that it would guarantee a resolution would be worked out. However, in the more than a year since that Mexican Stand-off was "resolved", Congress has continued to do nothing regarding the Sequester. Now some are calling for deliberately allowing it to go into effect, at least temporarily, to punish the opposing faction for failing to bow to reprehensible demands. Of course, this will not effect those making these decisions - it's the "average" citizen making less than $50k per household that will have their lives ruined in this process. So we respectfully request that all sitting Congressmen be issued oil-based lubricant so that they will not injure the American People while fucking them up the ass. A reach-around might be nice, too.
