Obama and many are trying to take our rights away through infringing on the second amendment and our right to "bear arms". I propose this petition to bring this issue to Obama and others attention that guns are not the problem in shootings, but mental issues. All shooting have on thing in common and it not weapons, it mental issues. The Obama administration needs to realize that trying to take away our rights is not the solution, but helping the people in need of mental care.
