Every other developed nation, and even some that are not considered 'developed' have a single-payer healthcare system. Lets use a similar system to Canada? England? Germany? Cuba? France?
Why not? A government is formed to protect it's people; what better way to protect us than keep us healthy?
For example, to insure my entire family, it cost $35,000 PER YEAR with a $1,000 deductible which does NOT include vision and dental. Citizens in almost any other country laugh when they hear we have to pay anything. All of these other countries can do this successfully, why not the most powerful one the planet has ever seen?
