Virginia does not need nor ask for permission to peacefully succeed from the Union. As Virginian's, we have the right of secession, starting when our state signed the Constitution. We ask that the Federal Government not infringe upon our states sovereignty and stick within the confines of the Constitution or Virginia will be forced to vote on a peaceful temporal secession for 4 years will be a healthy start towards ensuring our futures liberties and freedoms are not compromised more than what has already happened.
Virginia must ensuring that our rights are upheld as our founding fathers intended with their work in the Constitution. This is an old document that defines our rights and limits the rights of the federal government to take away from our individual and state's sovereignty.
