Initiate, maintain and advertise streamlined guidelines for states to maintain current and future federal health care revenues while implementing a universal health care (single payer that covers everyone) program.
We would be running budget surpluses (no deficit) if our health care system were universal and health outcomes would be much better than the system we now have. This program would also be a job creation engine as reduced health care costs would enable spending in other parts of the economy.
