Ensure that "tornado alley" states have mandatory tornado shelters in all schools and public buildings.

We The People, do petition the Obama Administration to collaborate with the so-called "tornado alley" states to formulate policies and to take action to protect the public from the threat of tornadoes and other violent storms. This may be done in several ways, firstly by mandating that schools and other public buildings have state certified and inspected storm shelters therein. Secondly, publicly accessible above ground shelters designed to accommodate the disabled should also be researched and implemented in high risk areas. These measures will help to prevent a needless loss of life in the future. Thank you.
