Ensure that U.S. Citizens in American Territories be granted their Constitutional Right to elect their Representatives

Since their admission to the jurisdiction of the United States, American citizens and nationals in U.S. Territories such as Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States Virgin Islands, American Samoa and Puerto Rico have been denied the rights afforded to them by the Constitution of the United States.
Despite being citizens of the United States, these territories have been denied the right to vote for the President who makes decisions for them, and are only permitted to elect one delegate, per territory, to the House of Representatives who serve as a non-voting member of Congress.
We ask that in the name of justice and liberty, the rights of these citizens be upheld. This intrinsic and inalienable right is necessary regardless of the territories status or aspirations.
