Ensure victims of a crime have healthcare of the same quality and cost as the person who commits the crime against them.

Created by R.M. on October 08, 2011

Any person who is a victim of a crime and is injured as a rusult of the crime should receive healthcare that is at least the same quality as that given to criminals incarcerated in prison; nor should the victim have to pay any more for the healthcare they receive than an incarcerated criminal would have to pay for similar healthcare.

Neither should any victim of a crime be punished, when they have made reasonable efforts to pay for healthcare they received, due to an injury that resulted from the crime.

Neither should any punishment, given to a person for a crime they commit, be considered as a payment for any type of healthcare they receive, so as to prevent it as a means to increase the cost of any healthcare given to a victim of a crime.
