Create voting reform and make sure people's votes counted legitimately.

From the controversy over the Bush and Gore election result to even now, the way vote counting is done is dubious at best. Many examples of this exists from all levels of government, including local, state and even federal. There is even examples of this in the presidential elections. The democratic side claims that the Iowa win was not legitimate because of the low probability of the coin toss result and the republican side where some ballots exclude candidates so they are less likely to be voted for. There should be reform in counting votes, to ensure that everyone's vote is counted and doesn't skew a result in a candidates favor illegitimately.
