Ensure the welfare recipients obligated to accepting any and all job offers they receive regardless of the pay rate.

I know for a fat that there are many people taking advantage of the current welfare system at hand by putting out multiple job applications and turning down the offers they do receive in order to continue getting the free money and food stamps from the government, the money that happens to come out of my family and my own pockets. This is disgraceful and puts a horrid name on the individuals who truly need the help of the government. We cannot let this fraud contnue.
