Request for copyright exception to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to increase access to information for people with print disabilties- those who are blind, have low vision, are dyslexic, have learning disabilities. As a librarian I come in contact with these people on a daily basis, and believe that everyone has a right to information.
