Given our close ties with Canada, as well as cultural and linguistic similarities, the United States should enter into an EU-like agreement with Canada, allowing for a single currency (or cross-acceptance of both currencies, as they are more or less equal in value), free travel across the border, and enhanced cooperation at all levels.
