enter the White House home brews into national BJCP and AHA sanctioned competitions for feedback and awards.

Created by J.P. on January 14, 2013

With the increased national interest in self-sufficiency and homesteading, there has been a surge in home brewing across the country. Non-profit and charitable home brew competitions sanctioned by the Beer Judge Certification Program (www.bjcp.org) and the American Homebrewer's Association (www.homebrewersassociation.org) provide invaluable feedback to homebrewers and enable many to pursue craft brewing careers. Most of today's American craft brewers began as burgeoning home brewers who received encouragement to pursue their passion.

We ask the White House to take part in these annual competitions across the country, by entering the 'First Brews' to help support this educational initiative and to further encourage entrepreneurs in the craft brewing industry. (https://oshc.brewcomp.com)
