All the FCC does is try and regulate what the American people say. It does not matter where we say it, how we say it or what we say it on "The government shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances" they are trying to restrict our freedom of speech.
