Entitlement bill by congress

Created by K.R. on January 07, 2013

Seniors should be able to retire with full benefits at age 62 not 68 if they choose. Any position that is filled by a senior electing retirement Congress should enact a HR Bill for the younger person to pay 2% medicare and 6.7% Social Security payroll tax till they reach retirement age. The person filling the job will create new job opportunities and un-employment would go down. The corporation hiring the new person can start them in at 75% with a 5% a year raise till they reach 100% of what the job pays. Seniors are not entitlement we earned this Medicare and Social Security. This is a win/win solution for all.
