Dear Mr. President, How do you avoid the unimaginable evacuation of the US West Coast? Prevention!!! 3 years have gone by and the Crippled Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant is still in PERIL! Radiation continues to leak into the environment in unknown quantities. Japan continues to allow Tepco (the power company) to control the clean up. Unlike Chernobyl, where the Russians sent in the military to entomb the site, Tepco is allowed to run the show. This petition asks the US government to acknowledge that the Pacific Coast, the Hawaiian Islands and much of our country is at risk. Please help the Japanese (with the guidance of the IAEA) to make sure the leaking is ENTOMBED and that the 'NOT SO UNCOMMON' possibility of another EARTHQUAKE in Japan will cause what is a now-preventable CATASTROPHE!
