Entry level workers and trades people to have the same education that people in 4 years of college get.

Since entry level workers make $10 an hour wouldn't they be more effective workers with an advanced degree or three? This would help them to get promoted within their company and have the people skills to become better salespeople of their products and goods. The education they would receive would also help them to have better communication skills and be nicer towards their customers. $10 an hour is a step in the right direction but communication skills are priceless.
