I am Chinese resident living in Kunming,Yunnan Province of PRC at present. Our local government simply lied everybody in this city and camouflaged the fact that they were planning to build a toxic chemical factory in our homeland. Without the permission of any citizens of Kunming(although they said it was supported by local residents, but that was lie, the protest in Kunming on May 4,2013 was a good proof).
Now our local media is trying to seal the facts &information while many citizens here still have no idea what catastrophic things would happen near them soon. As one graduate student of the United States, I present my sincere and desperate beg for your help. Help to bring justice to us, and protect our rights for living in one clean environment, in one city called as "The Spring City".
