We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Environmental Permitting Violations-minimum & consistent enforcement standards

Created by M.B. on June 05, 2016

Implement both minimum and consistent enforcement standards for environmental permitting violations that all States are required to follow. Indiana currently has a lack of transparency and a lack of effective enforcement of repetitive government permitting violators. As a result there has been an open assault on the environment, which is inclusive of catastrophic private property loss. A requirement standard for States to follow for enforcement & transparency will dramatically improve the situation across the country.
